Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via E-mail, WhatsApp, or phone call.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 working days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 Days after the order is placed.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 4-8 business days.

Delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

If you shop above Rs 499, you are eligible for Free Shipping. If Shop below Rs 499 then ₹60 is Charged For your whole order.
COD ( Cash on Delivery ) :
₹ 75/- Is charged for COD orders ( No free shipping Offered )
RETURNS,EXCHANGE,Cancellation and refund POLICY
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are unmet.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the seller has received the returned product.
Exchange Can be done when the product is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any stains, seals, and tags must be there.
The products (Nighties, inskirts..etc) are not exchanged due to hygienic conditions.
We Quality check every product before dispatching our products, Exchange and return the parcel opening video is a must in case of damage claims.
A refund of the product is processed once the product reaches the seller. so it will take 10 days to initiate the refund process. kindly co-operate.
CANCELLATION OF PRODUCT IS ACCEPTABLE ONLY BEFORE DISPATCHING THE PRODUCT, AFTER DISPATCHING CANCELLATION ISN'T ACCEPTED.
